As entrepreneur, new business owner, or just as a newbie with a passion to write and share, where do you start with a blog and how do you write a blog so that you are able to build authority and gain followers and prospects? How do you write a blog with the right structure? Right in the beginning when I started building my business, I had to learn these ways , however now I can easily share them with you and short circuit your learning J
So let’s get started how to write a blog for any niche.
Step 1 – Choose your Niche(Target market)
How to write a blog is largely dependent on the niche (target Market) you choose to focus on. Each niche is different and hence, even though you may have an easy way to structure and outline your blog post, each industry is different, so ensure you research and understand your target markets reading behaviour and needs. This way, you eliminate the confusion that may arise and you steadily build your list, readership and repeat comments from subscribers, leaving you to be the authority figure in your field.
Step 2 – Identify the pain in that Niche (Target market)
Any individual in your niche is attempting to find a solution to their pain (The problem they are looking to resolve). Once you have identified what that is you have already created an instantaneous match and alignment with their problem and you build one very important, actually the most important thing… rapport!
Step 3 – Offer valuable solutions to their problem (pain).
Your aim is to build rapport, create a following, and be seen as an authority in your niche, and that my beautiful friend, builds trust. Trust leads to sales, and it involves no pitching! Offer valuable solutions to their problem that you are addressing, when writing your blog.
Step 4 – Create your Call to Action with no pitching!
A blog post without a call to action, is like going to buy a lottery ticket where you have the winning numbers but you don’t take the ticket! Ensure that people know what you are doing and prompt them to investigate further if they choose but always ensure you have a call to action, and don’t be shy!
You sharing your gift, your solution, so offer them that call to action or compelling way of interacting with you, no matter the options.
And that is how you write a blog with this 4-step formula
If you apply this in any niche that you are targeting online with your business solution, look at these four areas and structure your blog in this way. Ensure that in every blog post you give them the solution, and you have a winner.
It may feel overwhelming to start blogging and building authority in your niche, however with the right tools and training, its always easier. Remember you have to start somewhere and take it one step at a time.
