Blogging many years back were seen as just another internet craze, and as the years went by people started to build the awareness that blogging actually is a very essential tool in your lead generation strategy. A blog is a branding station and its your home on the internet, and blogging effectively can certainly result in generating leads for you on autopilot, irrespective of your niche.
Would’nt you like to know what 5 blogging tips would help that? Well I would and so I can share with you based on experience how you can generate leads on autopilot and that just coming from your blog for you.
So without further ado, lets get started!
- Be niche specific
Many people start a blog and they speak about various subjects on their blog. Keep your blog to one niche per blog. Why? You build Authority on the internet and you are notifying Google that you constantly are producing content that is specific to any niche. This will allow you to be ranked as an Authority in your niche faster. If you have been mixing your blog niche, stop today and decide what direction you can take on one niche per blog.
PS: I know it’s a bit of a hassle to run multiple blogs, but your blog platform has the ability for multiple sites, if not, this blog you reading is a paid blogging platform, that allows me to run 3 niche blogs on it, which of course gives me ease of use and it runs effortlessly.
The faster you start producing content pertaining to one niche at a time the faster it will start to generate leads for you.
- Provide the answers to people’s problems
You know I have said this many times, blogging and the Internet is like dating. You go ,you register, and you look for who matches with what you are looking for in a partner. The same applies to blogging and answering people’s questions. Ensure that you do some research on the problems people are looking for solutions for in your respective niche.
Write good quality content that resolves their problems and you have a match. This will ensure you build credibility and so it will result in people coming to your site more often as you have given them value. This in itself is an automatic lead generator for you in your respective niche. People find you, you don’t have to go and hunt for them.
- Combine SEO with value.
Firstly, what is SEO (Search Engine Optimization). As mentioned below you want to be the solution to people’s problems they face in your respective niche. How do you do that? By using SEO in your blog posts. This is done through Google Keyword tool, and you can easily search for subjects within your niche and see how many people search for them. Once you know what they search for and want solutions too, you write content specifically into a SEO structure in order to get your content ranked.
PS: This does not mean you actually just write a post for SEO. It means you combine SEO with the top content you are writing! Remember, your audience will immediately see if you are actually providing value or whether you are just writing in order to come up as a match to their problem. Done correctly, this can scale your blog and so those many SEO articles you have written, can produce leads for you on autopilot and people coming to your blog.
This is probably the most important of all the blogging tips out there, and that is, blog about your niche consistently, daily!. I know I can hear it in the ethers, daily?? Yes, because this builds consistency, you increase organic traffic to your blog and you are actually communicating with Google to say I am serious provider of top quality content for my audience. This is a powerful strategy and truly generates leads for you on autopilot once you build that blogging consistency.
PS: Blogging is just like actually prospecting. The only difference is they find you instead of you finding them. We do this in our businesses daily, so here is just a reversed methodology in order for you to be asked instead of you asking.

If you interlink your blog posts, you are actually creating more traffic to your blog posts and so your audience can get to experience alot more of your content, which in turn will give you the exposure to generate more leads and interaction with your potential client.
Blogging is a skill learned, and can be easily applied. You don’t have to be a genius and know all tactics to have a blog. You purely need to know what is your passion, learn new techniques on how to blog, get a blog and start to blog about what you are passionate about in your respective niche!
